A wireless disposable authentication method and a recording medium therefor are provided to use the bio-information of a client as the first factor for the wireless security authentication processing based on a disposable authentication key, and use the disposable authentication key as the second factor for the wireless security authentication processing. An authentication server receives security authentication request information including a disposable authentication key(1900). The information about a wireless terminal which transmitted the security authentication request information is confirmed(1905,1910). The disposable authentication key creation information corresponding to the authentication key and an authentication key creation algorithm are confirmed(1915,1920). The validity of the disposable authentication key is confirmed(1930,1935). Security authentication result information including the validity-determined result is generated(1940).
