A washing method for increasing the energy efficiency and a washing device are provided to reduce the washing time by rapidly reaching the demand temperature. A washing method of washing device comprises: a step of heating the washing water(S122); a step of supplying the heated steam to a tub; and a step of processing washing(S130). The washing water heat-up step and the steam supplying step are processed at the same time. The steam supplying step is continued even if the washing water heat-up step terminates.
