The piezoelectric actuator comprises a multilayered structure of piezoelectric layers between which the metal base inner electrodes are arranged. The inner electrodes are mutually contacted with the outer electrodes on the side surfaces (6) of the piezoelectric actuator. A structured stamping foil (1) which is a tin-coated copper foil functions as the upper electrode. The structured stamping foil is connected with the inner electrode through a metal tape (7) and is soldered to the metal tape.
