A lever handle comprises a shank (1), a handle cover (2) and a pedestal (4). A shank installation unit (12) connected with the pedestal is provided on one end of the shank. The handle cover is connected with the pedestal. The lever handle also comprises a shank clamping component provided on the pedestal. The hand shank installation unit is provided with a shank clamping unit connected with the shank clamping component. The lever handle cover is provided with a lever handle cover clamping unit. The connections among the shank, the lever handle cover and the pedestal are movable. The hand shank clamping unit is in matching connection with the hand shank clamping component. The lever handle enables the shank to be pulled out of the pedestal smoothly.
