<p>The present invention relates to a power-saving device comprising: a sealed case body (110); a tourmaline intermediate (120) that combines central conductive ionization plates (130b) on the girth of an outer side of a tourmaline intermediate layer, which is adhered to the inside of said case body (110) and in which bulk tourmaline and permanent magnet powder are mixed; space layers (140) that are formed on the girth of said tourmaline intermediate (120) in the inside of said case body (110); a wrinkled conductive ionization plate (130a) that is installed by putting the space layers (140) on both side parts of said tourmaline intermediate (120), resonates activation energy, and is positioned on an inner side of the case body (110); and a conductive plate (160) that is positioned in an enclosed state within said tourmaline intermediate (120), and is connected with external electric wires (170a) of the case body (110).</p> |
