PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna apparatus capable of miniaturization without deterioration of performance in an antenna apparatus composed of ground and an element. SOLUTION: The antenna apparatus composed of a ground part and an element part protruding from the ground part is characterized in that the length of the ground part perpendicular to a side of the ground part protruding the element part is made smaller than about 1/4 of a corresponding wavelength, and the ground part is mounted on a conductive part in superposition.
