PURPOSE: A fuel oil cooling facility for a ship and a ship including the same are provided to enhance the viscosity of fuel oil without a separate cooling facility by using refrigerant pipes branched off a refrigerant circulation line of an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A fuel oil cooling facility for a ship comprises a fuel oil cooling unit(120) and first and second fuel oil pipes(110,150). The fuel oil cooling unit cools fuel oil using refrigerant of a ship air conditioner in order to enhance the viscosity of the fuel oil. Fuel oil is drawn into the fuel oil cooling unit through the first fuel oil pipe, and cooled fuel oil is discharged from the fuel oil cooling unit through the second fuel oil pipe.
