<p>The device (1) has a conveyor (4) for conveying a hot material (2) from a material accommodation region (5) of the conveyor to a material discharging space (6) of the conveyor along a conveyor section (7). A housing (13) surrounds the conveyor. An oxidant supply unit (23) is arranged in or at the housing along the conveyor section arranged at distance from the material discharging space. The oxidant supply unit is connected with a hot air generator (9), and a sensor (10) determines a characteristic value for combustion degree of the hot material. An independent claim is also included for a method for conveying a hot material from a combustion vessel.</p> |
