PURPOSE: A security method of a downloaded application and a mobile terminal with a mobile or rotative/inclined display unit are provided to separately have a display window for a mobile phone function and a display window for video watching. CONSTITUTION: A main body unit(120) has a sidewall, which protrudes forward, on right/left sides of the main body unit so that a display unit is placed on the sidewall. The sidewall includes a fixing hinge axis(400) whose one end is fixed to one area of a sidewall. A part of the fixing hinge axis is located in the display unit. A part of the fixing hinge axis penetrates a moving hole(425) so that the display unit slides on the main body unit.
