The design is the shape of the Cap shown in solid lines in the Drawings. With regard to Figures 1 to 7, the Cap comprises a smooth curve along its length and a circular cross-section; towards a first end, the cap profile narrows with a smooth, gentle curve; the cross-section of the first end is narrower than the cross-section of the second end; the cross-section of the second end is the widest cross-section of the cap; the cross-section at the first end and the cross-section at the second end are parallel to each other.
