<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die set which prevent the wearing of light alloy-made dividing die pin inserting holes and also, even in the case of forming the hollow type dividing die, the rigidity and the strength of not only the dividing die but also the molding die can sufficiently be ensured. <P>SOLUTION: A lower die 2 (dividing die) where ejector pins 17 are inserted is constituted of the wall part 2d at a cavity side having a cavity constituting surface, the side wall part 2e and the bottom plate 2b (supporting plate) to form a hollow body. In the wall part 2d and the bottom plate 2b, the pin inserting holes 2c, 20a for inserting the ejector pins 17 are arranged at the opposite positions. The pin inserting holes 2c, 20a are connected in the hole space, and cylindrical wear-resistant sleeves 41 for inserting ejector pins 17 are arranged. The end parts at the wall part 2d side in the wear-resistant sleeves 41 are inserted into the pin inserting holes 2c and engaged and fixed and also, the end parts at the bottom plate 2b side is fixed to the bottom plate 2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
