PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy the requirements of the assurance of charging time of an auxiliary capacitor signal even when the number of scanning lines is changed and the polarity inversion of the auxiliary capacitor signal in continuous two frames, and to suppress the disturbance of a video as much as possible in a multi-pixels type liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: At each generation of a vertical synchronizing signal, circuit 4, 5 generate auxiliary capacity signals of the polarity changing over in the signal pattern balancing in the holding period of the two polarities in a period when the horizontal synchronizing signals of the same number as the number of scanning lines of the frame before one and generate the auxiliary capacity signals of the signal pattern opposite to that at the time of the frame before one by causing the patterns to shift in each prescribed period for each of a pair of basic signal lines CSL. A circuit 6 generates the auxiliary capacity signals held at the polarity different from that at the time of the frame before one. The creation signal of the circuit 6 is supplied to the basic signal lines CSL in an interruption period during generation of the vertical synchronizing signal, and the creation signals of the circuits 4, 5 are supplied in other periods.
