A method of formulating and using praziquantel in a suspendable powder for the immersion treatment of fish in ponds or tanks for external parasites. A suspendable powder is also claimed comprising a combination of praziquantel as the active ingredient with an inert powder, surfactant or surfactants and dispersing agent or agents. The inert powder may be silicon dioxide. The surfactant may be sodium lauryl sulfate and the dispersing agent may be sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate. |
