PURPOSE: An electrode for a photoelectric conversion device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a photoelectric conversion device including the same are provided to expose only a single upper surface of a metal electrode layer, thereby reducing corrosion of the metal electrode layer due to cracks and faults in a protective layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive layer(13) is arranged on a substrate. The transparent conductive layer arranges spacing areas which are arranged with a fixed interval. A metal electrode layer(15) is arranged in the spacing area. A protective layer(17) is arranged on the transparent conductive layer and the metal electrode layer. The protective layer coats the metal electrode layer. A sealant(9) seals the space between a first electrode and a relative electrode layer.
