PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in order to disinfect Ebola virus safely to a human body, application of antibodies to Ebola virus is effective, however the mass production of Ebola virus antibodies requires an advanced facility based on safety standards.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a production method of Ebola virus antibodies comprising immunizing female birds using Ebola virus recombinant proteins as antigens, and obtaining antibodies from the yolks of the eggs laid by the female birds. Because the method related to the present invention uses recombinant proteins, there is no concern about infection. Thus, antibodies can be produced in ordinary breeding farms, and neutralization of Ebola virus by the produced antibodies is expectable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
