<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer container in which carbonated gas is prevented from being permeated, a thermoplastic resin layer is placed between an oxygen absorbing layer and a non-organic film layer while residual oxygen in the resin is being caught, the non organic film layer is not influenced by deterioration caused by catching oxygen of the oxygen absorbing layer, and a fragile characteristic in the non-organic film layer is restricted. SOLUTION: A plastic multi-layer container is constituted by an inner layer 2 made of thermoplastic resin and an outer layer 4. An oxygen absorbing layer 3 is placed between the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 4, and the surfaces of the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 4 or the surface of the inner layer or the outer layer is provided with a non organic film layer 5.</p> |
