PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device which can generate large viscosity resistance, and can alleviate vibration.SOLUTION: A vibration control device 1 comprises: an upper cylinder plate 10 which is arranged so as to be immersed into a viscous body 4 in a tub 3, and has a first recess 12 which is upwardly recessed, and extends in a first horizontal direction X; a lower cylinder plate 20 which is located at a lower side of the upper cylinder plate 10, fixed to a bottom face of the tub 3, and has a second recess 22 which is downwardly recessed, and extends in a second horizontal direction Y; and a piston plate 30 which is arranged between the upper cylinder plate 10 and the lower cylinder plate 20 so as to be relatively movable with respect to the plates, closes the first recess 12 from below by an upper face 31, closes the second recess 22 from above by a lower face 33, and has a first protrusion 32 which is formed at the upper face 31, and protrudes into the first recess 12, and a second protrusion 34 which is formed at the lower face 33, and protrudes into the second recess 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
