PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dihydrokaempferol derivative which has weak side effects and has excellent lipolytic action, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A dihydrokaempferol derivative having lipolytic action has an oxidation reduction potential of minus 1 mV to minus 800 mV and is in a reduced state. The dihydrokaempferol derivative has a dihydrokaempferol backbone to which cysteine and ribose are bound by an ester bond. A production method of the dihydrokaempferol derivative comprises adding soybean ground products and Nostoc bacteria to Hydrangea macrophilla var. thunbergii leaf ground products, adding water after filtering a fermented solution, and performing the alkali reduction treatment of the extracted fermented solution. The obtained dihydrokaempferol derivative is applicable as food materials, cosmetics, and obesity agents.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
