The present invention relates to a polytrimethylene terephthalate composite fiber using a raw material derived from biomass. According to the present invention, the composite fiber is composed of a high-viscosity polytrimethylene terephthalate and a low-viscosity polytrimethylene terephthalate which are formed side by side, thereby having voluntary crimp properties, wherein polytrimethylene terephthalate is formed by polymerizing biomass-derived terephthalic acid and biomass-derived 1, 3-propanediol.
