PURPOSE: A rotary roaster is provided to rapidly and qucikly heat meat and fishes since heat is delivered to the upper surface and lower surface of the roasting plate. CONSTITUTION: A rotary roaster comrpises a rotary gear(10), a rotating unit(20) and a stopper(30). The rotary gear is connected to a motor(2) and comprises a driving body(15). The rotary gear is coaxially connected to a driver and comprises multiple tooth(11) on the outer surface thereof. The rotating unit comprises a turning gear(25) rotating with the tooth of the rotary gear. The rotating unit comprises a fixture(21) fixing a roasting plate(3) on the same shaft of the rotating gear. The stopper comprises a saddle(35). |
