PURPOSE: A novel triazine compounds with insulin mimic activity is provided to promote intracellular glucose intake and to ensure anti-inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetes contains therapeutically effective amount of triazine compounds of chemical formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The triazine compounds of chemical formula I has insulin mimic activity and promotes glucose intake. An anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical composition contains therapeutically effective amount of triazine compounds of chemical formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
