<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, an apparatus and a program for print control for executing demosaic processing by an algorithm adaptive to a print method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for print control includes: a reception stage of accepting selection of print conditions; and an image forming stage of forming a digital image by applying demosaic processing to raw image data resulting from digitizing an output signal from an image sensor and switching the algorithm for the demosaic processing according to the selected print condition. The method can execute the demosaic processing by using the algorithm adapted to the print method by switching the algorithm of forming a digital image with low image quality when the print condition wherein printing is carried out with the low image quality print method is selected or switching the algorithm of forming a digital image with high image quality when the print condition wherein printing is carried out with the high image quality print method is selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
