<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device for improving connection reliability of a connector. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device 1 includes: a first substrate 11 stored in a case 4; a second substrate 12 with a heating component 15 mounted on a surface located on the opposite side to the first substrate 11; two support parts 13 located between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12; the connector 14 electrically connecting the first substrate 11 to the second substrate 12 along the side part of the second substrate 12; a heat pipe 21 thermally connected to the heating component 15 from the opposite side to the second substrate 12; and a presser member 17. The presser member 17 includes: a pressing part 31 pressing the heat pipe 21 toward the heating component 15; and a fixed part 32 located near one end 25a of the connector 14, and the other fixed part 21 located near the other end 25b of the connector 14, wherein both fixed parts 32, 21 are respectively mounted with fixing members 18 for fixing the support parts 13 to the second substrate 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
