In a combined cycle power plant, a gas turbine engine generates power, a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) produces steam using high-energy fluids produced during power generation in gas turbine engine and steam turbine engine generates additional power from steam produced in HRSG. Combined cycle power plant further comprises a heating element placed between steam turbine engine and HRSG while providing fluid communication and is intended for heating fluid discharged from steam turbine engine and fed into HRSG, and a control system for adjusting degree of heating by heating element of fluid discharged from steam-turbine engine, based on difference between temperature in HRSG and ambient temperature.EFFECT: invention improves efficiency of heat conversion.8 cl, 1 dwg |
