FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to remote rope drives used, for example, in automotive industry, particularly, to tips of ropes. Tip comprises body (1) and fastening bushing (2) connected by crimping and flanging with fixed armor sheath (5) of rope. Housing (1) and bushing (2) have developed circuit section, their adjacent surfaces form channel (6, 7) for arrangement of labyrinth armor shield (5). Cross-section of peripheral groove section (7) has conical shape, with reduced diameter in the direction opposite to rope end. Fixing cavity (8, 9, 10) contains plastic sealant, forming a sealing layer on the surface of fixed armor shield (5).EFFECT: result is provided due to increased reliability and simplified design of the rope tip thus extending service life of rope drive.2 cl, 1 dwg |
