<p>The present invention provides a transparent electroconductive laminate having a combination of high transparency, small haze and sufficient lubricity; and a transparent touch panel comprising such a transparnt electroconductive laminate. The transparent electroconductive laminate of the present invention comprises a transparent organic polymer substrate which has, on at least one surface thereof, a cured resin layer, and a transparent electroconductive layer in this order, and satisfies the following conditions (a) the cured resin layer contains a resin component and first ultrafine particles having an average primary particle diameter of 1 to 100 nm, (b) the resin component and the first ultrafine particles contain the same metal and/or metalloid element, and (c) in the cured resin layer, the content of the first ultrafine particles is from 0.01 to 3 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin component, and (d) the cured resin layer has a thickness of 0.01 to 2 µm. The transparent touch panel of the present invention comprises the transparent electroconductive laminate of the present invention.</p> |
