PURPOSE: A producing method of Korean pancake including drawings is provided to use a mold in the shape of tourist attractions and historic sites symbols, or historic symbols for molding the Korean pancake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of Korean pancake including drawings comprises the following steps: mixing 10-20 parts of color powder by weight, 1-3 parts of gelatin by weight, and 0.5-2 parts of agar by weight; adding 60-85 parts of heated water by weight at a temperature greater than 60 deg C into the mixture; spreading the obtained solated color powder mixture into the proper thickness, and cooling to obtain gelated color powder mixture sheets; mixing the colors of the gelated color powder mixture sheets to obtain the picturesque characteristics of tourist attractions and historic sites symbols, or historic symbols on a symbol-coloring sheet; and layering the obtained symbol-coloring sheet on cooking pancake ingredients. |
