The present invention relates to a perforation device. More specifically, the perforation device capable of measuring moisture of a skin is provided. The perforation device comprises: a skin perforation unit configured to perforate a skin by using a laser; a skin perforation unit configured to perforate the skin by using the laser; a moisture content calculation unit configured to calculate moisture; and a control unit configured to control the skin perforation unit if a perforation command is inputted.
