PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping structure for an automobile capable of improving a vibration damping property.SOLUTION: A vibration damping structure 1 for an automobile comprises a vibration damping layer 10 disposed between an automobile body panel 810 and an interior material 820 for damping the vibration of the automobile body panel 810, and an adhesion layer 70 bonding the vibration damping layer 10 to the automobile body panel 810 by an adhesive 71. The adhesive 71 has the 100% modulus at 20°C of 0.6 MPa or less. The average density of the vibration damping layer 10 may be 6 kg/mto 900 kg/m, and Young's modulus of the vibration damping layer 10 may be 3 N/mmor more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
