PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily grasp the state of a change in a measurement value even from a place away from a measurement device without requiring any complicated installation operation.SOLUTION: The measurement device includes: a measurement part 11 for executing measurement processing for measuring an amount to be measured, and for outputting a measurement value Ds; a radio communication part 14; and a control part 15 for controlling the measurement part 11 to execute measurement processing, and for controlling the radio communication part 14 to transmit the measurement value Ds to a smartphone 2.
