PURPOSE: A disposable hygienic pillow cover is provided to decontaminate a pillow and enhance antibiosis, thereby improve health of children. CONSTITUTION: A disposable hygienic pillow cover is composed of felt layers(10) which the felt is impregnated in a mixed silver solution of 20ppm of pure nanosilver solution and 10ppm of aromatic material. The double sided tape or the Velcro tape is attached to one side edge of the pillow cover. The aromatic material is a mixture of at least one of the followings: a chrysanthemum scent, a herb perfume, a bergamot flavor, a pepper flavor, a chamomile scent, a cedarwood scent, a clary sage flavor, a cinnamon flavor, an eucalyptus scent, a frankincense scent, a geranium, a lavender perfume, a lemon flavor, an orange scent, a marjoram fragrance, a myrrh fragrance, a fragrance patchouli, a mint scent, a pine perfume, a rosemary scent, a white sandal wood, an orange flavor, and a time scent.
