Method for producing writing, illustrating and painting pens

The method involves carrying out partial coating of a pin surface by an electrostatic powder coating process. A pin (13) is arranged in a spraying chamber (1), and powder lacquer i.e. epoxy-polyester powder lacquer, is applied on the pin surface by a spraying device (2). A cover template covering a part of the pin surface is attached on the pin surface. Wood coverings are used with water content of 2 percent to 20 percent. The powder lacquer is used with 30 percent to 40 percent of polyester and 15 percent to 25 percent epoxy resin.
