<p>The device for electrically connecting a power module (16) with a pair of spaced apart side by side intended terminal area elements (12, 14), comprises a pair of isolated terminal area elements that are closely spaced against each other by an isolating surface element. Each of the module connecting terminal areas comprises guide surface elements (24, 26), which overlap and are formed with axially aligned holes (28, 30). An insulation molded part: is provided between the two overlapping guide surface elements; has a hole; and is formed from an edge of the hole. The device for electrically connecting a power module (16) with a pair of spaced apart side by side intended terminal area elements (12, 14), comprises a pair of isolated terminal area elements that are closely spaced against each other by an isolating surface element. Each of the module connecting terminal areas comprises guide surface elements (24, 26), which overlap and are formed with axially aligned holes (28, 30). An insulation molded part: is provided between the two overlapping guide surface elements; has a hole; and is formed from an edge of the hole on a side of axially projecting tubular sleeve. The tubular sleeve extends through the hole of the guide surface element into a hole of a support part (40), and has an inner threaded portion for a contact screw element. A first contact portion is forced against a first guide surface element by the contact screw element, and a second contact portion is forced against a second guide surface element. The guide surface elements are connected with the module connecting terminal areas by a material connection. The guide surface element is folded over a fold line by 180[deg] to the second guide surface element. The support part: is rotationally provided in relation to the module and/or with respect to the terminal area elements; and comprises a metal disc member on a surface of the terminal area elements. An inner threaded portion is fixed in the support part for the contact screw element forming threaded sleeve made of metal. The terminal area element is forced against the contact portion by the contact screw element. The contact screw element comprises a screw head associated with a spring ring element, which is forced against the contact portion of the associated terminal area element. An open slot: is formed as a recess in the contact portion of one of the terminal surface elements; and overlaps between the guide surface elements and the terminal area elements to form a leakage path.</p> |
