PURPOSE: A die assembly for extruding a packing film and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to form a packing film with a handle or components having other functions in one body by forming in one body with films having different strengths, properties and materials. CONSTITUTION: A die assembly for extruding a packing film(100) comprises a plurality of injection passages(110,120), and first, second and third flow paths(130,140,150). The plurality of injection passages inserts different kinds of melted resin by an extrusion. The first flow path is connected to one of injection passages. The melted resin supplied from a connected injection passage is shaped by passing through the first flow path. The second flow path is connected the other injection passage. Outlets of the first and second flow paths are joined. The second flow path discharges the melted resin supplied from the connected injection passage to a partial section of the melted resin shaped by the first flow path. The third flow path is extended from a joint of the first and second flow paths. The third flow path joins the melted resin in the partial section passed through the second flow path to the melted resin passed through the first flow path in one body.
