摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow more accurate front rear magnification correction with various kinds of sheets, for good printing results.SOLUTION: An edge detection part detects one end part in transportation direction of a sheet that is transported by a transportation mechanism. A passage detection part detects passage of one end part of the sheet that is transported. A determination part determines presence of detection at one end part by the edge detection part or the passage detection part within a predetermined monitor time period after one end is detected by the edge detection part or the passage detection part. A report part reports a case of a sheet for which front rear magnification correction is difficult, when non-detection at one end part within the monitor time period is determined by the determination part. An acquiring part acquires a wanted front rear magnification correction value that is inputted through an input part according to a report by the report part. A correction part performs a front rear magnification correction process with the sheet by using the front rear magnification correction value that is inputted from the input part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
