PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quartz oscillator capable of detecting deterioration of an oscillation margin without stopping a normal operation.SOLUTION: The quartz oscillator includes a detection circuit for outputting an alarm signal when an amplitude of a waveform of an input terminal of a CMOS inverter becomes less than or equal to at least one predetermined specified value. Thus, it becomes possible to detect a change in an oscillation margin of the quartz oscillator even after the quartz oscillator is integrated into a device without switching circuits and such.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
