PURPOSE: A refrigerator is provided to safe-keep food in the state of a most similar to an initial quality for a long term by vacuum freeze drying. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a main body(10), a door, a freeze drying room(100), and a control unit. The main body comprises one or more storages for a cold storage. The door is rotatably installed in the main body and selectively opens and shuts the storage. The freeze drying room installed inside the storage freezes and dries foods. The control unit controls an operation of the freeze drying room. The freeze drying room is vacuum sublimated after a rapid freezing. |
