PURPOSE: An organic farming method using electrolyzed seawater is provided to produce strongly acidic or alkali reduced water obtained by desalinating seawater using an electrolyzing method for cultivating agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: An organic farming method using electrolyzed seawater comprises the following steps: passing seawater(1) through a filtering-preprocessing tank(2) for preprocessing; inserting the preprocessed water into an electrolysis cell(3); and sucking acidic water into a positive electrode container(5), and alkali water into a negative electrode container(4). The electrolyzed seawater passed through the positive electrode container has a pH of 2.7. The electrolyzed seawater passed through the negative electrode container has a pH of 10.5 by adding a small amount of microbial enzyme.
