<p>PURPOSE: A steel sheet with excellent plating quality and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain the content of Fe in a plating layer by keeping alloy reaction constant over the entire plating layer. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet consists of C of 0.0020~0.0050 weight%, Si of 0.01~0.02 weight%, Mn of 0.05~0.15 weight%, Nb of 0.005~0.010 weight%, Al of 0.04~0.06 weight%, S of 0.01 weight% or less, N of 0.0030 weight% or less, Ti of 0.020~0.028 weight%, and Fe. The content of the Ti is 0.022~0.025 weight%. The content of the effective Ti is within a range of -0.02~0. Alternatively, the content of the effective Ti is within a range of -0.0008~-0.0101.</p> |
