PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a fluoroplastic solid lubrication substrate of dual thin film is provided to enhance strength and abrasion resistance and to prolong lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a fluoroplastic solid lubrication substate of dual thin film comprises: a step of decomposing pure ammonia gas by heat under the presence of decomposition catalyst; a step of preparing reductive gas containing 75% of hydrogen and 25% of nitrogen; a step of performing reduction/thermal treatment of the reductive hydrogen gas on a bronze net; a step of preparing a bronze net-fused metal substrate without deformation of the bronze net; a step of stirring PEFE resin powder, natural graphite powder, glass fiber powder, distilled water, and non-ionic dispersion agent in a glass container to prepare alkaline water dispersion liquid; a step of evaporating moisture to prepare PTFE oligomers with high viscosity; a step of pressing using a heated pressing roller to prepare a solid lubrication substrate of half-finished goods.
