PURPOSE: A producing method of bean sprout soup with rice using a viscum album hot water extract is provided to offer a body warming effect of viscum album to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean sprout soup with rice using a viscum album hot water extract comprises the following steps: mixing dried viscum album slices with water, and heating the mixture at 300 deg C; boiling the mixture at 200 deg C to obtain the viscum album hot water extract; inserting bean sprouts into the viscum album hot water extract, and heating the mixture at 250 deg C for 10-12 minutes; and pouring the mixture of the bean sprouts and the viscum album hot water extract into an earthen bowl with rice, and boiling the earthen bowl.
