ENCODER USING CBP ESTIMATION

PURPOSE: An encoder using coded block pattern estimation is provided to improve encoding efficiency and image quality by considering of a skip mode. CONSTITUTION: A motion estimation module(610) estimates a motion from one or more reference images. A motion correction module(620) outputs a signal including the correction image of the current frame from one or more reference images by using a motion estimation result. A CBP estimation module(625) estimates CBP based on the output signal of the motion correction module.
