FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical devices imitating substance with circular dichroism (CD), with possibility of adjusting specified effect in wide range of values at selected wavelength, which serves for calibrating circular dichroism dichrographs. Device contains linear polariser and phase plate, which provides path difference between ordinary and extraordinary beams ((2m+1)·λ/4), where m is integer number, λ is wavelength of light. Polariser is isotropic dielectric transparent plate with possibility of adjustable inclination relative to axis perpendicular to direction of propagation of light and component of angle 45° with main directions of phase plate.EFFECT: enabling simulation of substance with CD, having CD in wide range of values at selected wavelength without using real optically active substances, without polarised light linearly at outlet from device.1 cl, 5 dwg |
