PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit of an opening and closing switching element including a function for detecting disconnection of a conduction control terminal, without requiring an external resistor element.SOLUTION: A drive circuit is configured switchably so as to increase the impedance between a power supply and a signal output terminal RO1, during a period for checking the connection state of the signal output terminal RO1 and a FET8, and to decrease the impedance between the common connection point of a voltage clamp circuit 19 and a resistor element R4 and the ground. More specifically, the resistance value of a sub-electrification path when a FET32 is turned on is set larger than the resistance value of a main electrification path when a FET15 is turned on, by connecting the sub-electrification path including the FET32 and a resistor element R2 in parallel with the main electrification path including the FET15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
