PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device and a power storage system excellent in the assembly work and maintainability.SOLUTION: A power storage device 30 includes a plurality of laminated lithium ion secondary battery cells 3, a lashing device 2 having a pair of lashing plates 20 for sandwiching the plurality of laminated lithium ion secondary battery cells 3 in the cell lamination direction, and lashing the plurality of laminated lithium ion secondary battery cells 3, and a displacement sensor 1 for detecting the expansion amount of the plurality of laminated lithium ion secondary battery cells 3 lashed by the pair of lashing plates 20, in the cell lamination direction.
