PURPOSE: A blow-mold and a headrest manufactured by thereof are provided to easily finish a cover in the lower part of a headrest with an annular groove formed along a lower rim of the headrest. CONSTITUTION: A mold for headrest comprises first and second molds(100,200) and a low die(300). The front surface of headrest is shaped in a first space part(120) of the first mold. The first and second molds are respectively moved to the left and right. The second mold is joined to the first mold. The back part of the headrest is shaped in the second space part(220) of the second mold. The low die is installed in the lower part of the first and second molds. The guide projection is formed on the top of the low die. The low die is moved up and down.
