A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes a substrate layer made of a plastic material, etc., and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on at least one of the surfaces of the substrate layer. The pressure sensitive adhesive tape has the thermal resistance at 80°C of less than 2.00 [cm 2 *K/W] and the total thickness of the substrate layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of less than 10 µm. In addition, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be provided on both surfaces of the substrate layer. The total thickness of the substrate layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be less than 6 µm.
