PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible metal plated laminate using a low electric conductivity polyimide which is soluble in solvents and excellent in a heat resistance and adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The flexible metal plated laminate is composed of at least one polyimide layer comprising a repeating unit having a specific chemical structural formula and at least one metal layer.
