The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of modified milk powder containing vegetable DHA, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of modified milk powder containing vegetable DHA, which performs a highly-concentrating and mixing process in an ingredient mixing step, instead of performing a concentration process after an ingredient mixing step in a common milk powder manufacturing process comprising ingredient mixing, sterilizing, concentrating, drying, filling, and packaging steps. Accordingly, the productivity of milk powder containing vegetable DHA is increased, and the peculiar bad taste of the milk powder containing vegetable DHA is reduced. Therefore, sensory properties such as taste, palatability, etc. are improved, so consumers can easily drink the milk powder containing vegetable DHA during intake. |
