<p>The device (1) has an applicator element (9) for applying substances contained in a substance chamber to skin portions. A vibration element i.e. piezoelectric component, actuated by an energy storage is provided in a lower housing part (4), where vibrations of the vibration element are transmitted to an upper housing part (8) and the applicator element.
